MY GOALS:

To finish my book/memoir, "The Time Has Come...".  This is an all-out tell-all book that details everything one could possibly want to know about me.  What makes me tick?  How did I become the person I am?  What were my experiences in life?  Why am I so quiet?  How do I really feel about [this] and [that]?  Some parts are deeply emotional, and there are times when I break down as I read my own manuscript (as I am reminded of various situations).  Other parts are funny as hell, and those stories deserve to be told to bring more laughter into the world.

I gave up on this book for a period, feeling that nobody would be interested.  I had a presence on social media at one time, but I was made to feel that every utterance of my feelings and views was controversial and unwanted.  I finally even deleted every single post that I made on Facebook, to include the happy announcements of weddings, births, graduations, you name it.  After all, I had difficulty determining in my heart why some felt controversy, so it just made more sense to delete everything.  Period.  But, as I dwell on my life and what I feel and what I so desperately want, I've come to the conclusion that "The Time Has Come..." needs to be written and published.  Maybe not everybody will understand what I'm trying to convey, but somebody needs to know the REAL Richard E Sgrignoli.
